I am a tourism researcher and university professor working across tourism, culture, geography and territorial development. My research explores how landscapes, food, heritage, mobility and local practices shape identities, visitor experiences and development processes. Drawing on interdisciplinary perspectives, I have developed research in Brazil, Mexico and Europe, with particular interests in cultural heritage, gastronomy, sustainability and tourism-territory relations.
